Parmesan & Rosemary Pops

Ingredients

  • 2 cups ground almonds
  • 2 Tbsp dried rosemary
  • 2 Tbsp grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 Tbsp sesame seeds
  • ½ tsp onion granules
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 2-3 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Method

  1. Pre heat oven to 180°C.
  2. Measure and combine all dry ingredients.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Add the olive oil and mix.
  5. Beat egg
  6. Add to the mixture until it forms a ball.
  7. Pull out pieces of the mixture and shape into balls.
  8. Stick a lollipop stick into the mixture.
  9. Between two sheets of greaseproof paper gently flatten the ball to become a thin flat pop!
  10. Place onto a baking sheet, bake for 20 – 30 mins until golden brown.
  11. Cool on a wire rack and serve.
